Returns & Exchanges
At The Keg Company, we strive for total satisfaction with every brew; if your order isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-perishable equipment and unopened beverage supplies. Please note that for safety and quality control, perishable food products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
