How should I store my keg upon arrival?
All kegs should be kept in a cool, dark place, preferably a refrigerated environment between 38°F and 45°F, to maintain carbonation and flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to the weight of our products and strict food-grade transport regulations.
What is the shelf life of a tapped keg?
Once tapped with a CO2 system, a pasteurized keg typically remains fresh for 45 to 60 days. If using a manual party pump, the product should be consumed within 12-24 hours.
Are your kegs compatible with standard home kegerators?
Yes, our kegs use the industry-standard 'Sankey D' coupler system, ensuring compatibility with most residential and commercial dispensing setups.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage products. However, if your keg arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
Is a deposit required for the physical keg container?
We operate on a 'no-hassle' model where the price includes the vessel. You do not need to return the empty keg to us, though we encourage local recycling or refilling.
